Within 24 hours of your chat, a real human at Crown Atlas reviews your case. Not a sales rep — someone who knows the clinics, the procedures, and the cities. They reach out by email or WhatsApp with the case summary, the matched clinics from our network, and any questions Felix couldn't answer.

Video consults with vetted clinics
The next step is the most important: you talk directly to the surgeons. Vetted partner clinics matched to your case will reach out directly to schedule a 15-20 minute video consult, review your photos (front, top, sides, and back of the scalp — that's how the real graft estimate gets done), and send a written procedure plan and quote.
This is where most patients realise that the surgeon abroad is, in many cases, more experienced and more attentive than anyone they've talked to at home.
You pick. The clinic handles the trip.
You compare quotes and pick a clinic. Once you've decided, your clinic's international patient team coordinates the booking — hotel close to the clinic, airport transfers, the appointment schedule. We share a short city briefing and our recommended restaurants for sweat-free indoor recovery, and we stay on hand if anything needs unblocking.
You book your own flights (we recommend dates and routes); the clinic confirms everything else. Done.
Procedure week
A typical trip is 4 to 6 days. Day 1 is photos, hairline design with the surgeon, and pre-op briefing. Day 2 is the procedure (6-8 hours for FUE, 4-5 for beard, 3-4 for eyebrow). Days 3-4 are wash days at the clinic and slow indoor recovery. Day 5 is the final check, post-op questions, and a written care plan. Your clinic's patient coordinator is on WhatsApp throughout. We check in mid-week to confirm everything's on track.
You don't pay us during the trip. You pay the clinic directly, on their terms — typically a deposit on day one and the balance on the procedure day.
Aftercare, at home
You fly home with a written care plan and a Crown Atlas-side WhatsApp contact for follow-up questions. We check in at 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months — the growth window where most patients want a quiet sanity check on whether progress is on track.
For larger NW6-7 cases staged across two sessions, your clinic handles the rebooking — typically 8-12 months later for the second session, once the first round has matured enough for the surgeon to plan the second around it.
A note on what we earn: Crown Atlas is paid by the clinic, not by you, and only after you've completed treatment and flown home satisfied. We don't take deposits. We don't charge consultation fees. If you don't go through with the trip, we don't get paid — which is the alignment we wanted.
